What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your delivery address.
- What you ordered and what it cost.
We never see your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay; your card, UPI or banking information goes to them and never touches our servers.
When you create an account
Your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your profile picture. If you save a delivery address to your account, we store that too so checkout is quicker next time.
When you use the site
Your browser stores your bag, your theme choice and your recently viewed pieces on your own device. That information stays on your device — it is not sent to us.
Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order — pack it, ship it, and tell you where it is.
- To support you — answer questions, process returns and refunds.
- To keep the shop safe — spot fraudulent orders and abuse.
- To write to you, if and only if you asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only the businesses that make your order happen:
- Delivery partners — your name, address and phone, so they can find you.
- Razorpay — to take your payment securely.
- Our email provider — to send order confirmations and updates.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it.
That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for eight years, because tax law requires it. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account and personal details (except order records we must keep by law). See how to delete your account — you can do it yourself, from the app or from this site.
- Stop sending you marketing email — every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Write to us and we will action it within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage holds your bag, your light/dark preference, your wishlist and your sign-in session. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Sign-in sessions are protected with signed tokens, passwords for staff accounts are stored hashed, and payment details never reach us at all. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and fix problems quickly.
Children
This shop is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change anything material here, we will update the date at the top of this page.
