1. About these terms
This website is operated by Viom Bharat Private Limited (GSTIN 23AAMCV4137E1ZF), Shop No. 43, Globus Green Bay, Mubarakpur, Airport Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By placing an order on this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not order. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
2. Our products
Everything we sell is made by hand or on a handloom. Small variations in weave, print registration, dye and finish are characteristics of the craft, not defects. Screen colours vary between devices, so a colour may look slightly different in person.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
- Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
- If a price is listed wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery where available. Prepaid orders are only processed once payment has cleared. Your card details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored by us.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates in good faith, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number — repeated failed deliveries because of wrong details may be charged.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
These are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Made-to-measure pieces
Pieces cut to your measurements are made for you alone and cannot be cancelled once work has begun, nor returned unless faulty. We confirm every measurement with you in writing before starting.
9. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.
10. Reviews and content you post
Reviews must be your own honest experience of a piece you bought. We publish reviews after a check and may decline anything abusive, false, or unrelated to the product. By posting, you allow us to display your review on the site.
11. Intellectual property
All photographs, text, designs and the VIOM BHARAT name and logo belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
12. Our liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather sort things out by talking to you first.
